Carol has a long list of responsibilities as 3rd Vice-President, including overseeing Conference Planning, Legislation, Scholarships, Americanism and Achievements.  
 
Carol’s Party involvement includes co-chairing the Peoria Lincoln Day Dinner in 2008 and 2009, as well as working on campaigns for State Rep. candidate Joan Krupa and attorney general candidate Joe Birkett. On the presidential front, Carol coordinated ground support in Peoria and Tazewell County for the McCain / Palin race in 2008.  

Carol is in her second term as President of Peoria County Republican Women. She also serves as co-editor for the organization’s newsletter, and has played a part in showcasing the county’s officeholders and candidates at the Women’s Lifestyle Event for the last three years at the Peoria Civic Center

Carol has attended all of the IFRW conferences and conventions of the past three years, and was elected to represent Illinois at the 2009 NFRW Convention in Orlando.

Carol’s fundraising experience comes from chairing major projects for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the Peoria area.  Careers in financial services and real estate, as well as being co-owner of a sheet metal contracting company, round out her business experience.
