Mary Karmeier, wife of Illinois Supreme Court Justice Lloyd Karmeier, recently joined the Salem Republican Women’s Club for a talk about “Life on the Campaign Trail and What Really Helps Win a Campaign.”

The event was held in Centralia and was well attended. Two of the attendees became members.

Christina Cray, Director of Legislation, State Board of Elections, spoke to our membership at the March 15 meeting of the Salem Repubilcan Women. Cray covered various legislative changes in election law and rules and regulations regarding the election process. The information that she provided was very informative and helpful.
